The staff went out of their way to assist guests, and the check-in process was smooth, while the hotel rooms were modern and comfortable with a late check-out option at 11:00 am.

Our room came with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a fridge. Cool views were a nice bonus! - the staff was truly helpful and managed every request efficiently. - the attention to detail and efficient service were commendable. - It's only about a 13-minute drive from the airport.

We were in a great location relatively close to a multi-purpose arena.

This place has a great location and offers private parking.

The hotel is ideally located, if you want to visit the xcel arena, the hotel has everything you need.

The restaurant had great staff and Happy Hour, and I enjoyed trying their excellent dishes. the bathroom was large and well-equipped with a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. the setting was perfect for all my needs.

Everything there was very good. The view was cool, the staff was especially helpful. The restaurant was fantastic with great staff and Happy Hour, we ordered excellent dishes. All the services were efficient. Had a very pleasant time.

The hotel room was bright and featured a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe, which I really enjoyed. The staff provided excellent service and were lovely and approachable. The location of the property was marvelous and beautiful, right next to a lively plaza. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel was lovely and adjacent to the city center, the hotel's restaurant, theater, and various event venues.

The location, it's just across the street from the River walk, it's not to far from the intersate, nice shops around the area.

The parking area need more light

The hotel was beautiful and in a marvelous location close to the tram. I had a nice experience during my one-night stay and would choose it again in Saint Paul. It was also a short walk to the coffee shop and many attractions.

Everyone - check-in folks, waitress, housekeeping, concierge - was very friendly. On the morning of check-out I managed to drop both my wallet & checkbook between the elevator & my room. By the time I went back up to the 8th floor both were gone. I called Security / Lost & Found. The maid helped me look for my items (I did find my cell phone & a pen. And I had to apologize to the maid for taking her tip; it was the only money I had to get my car out of the parking ramp.) By the time I was telling my story to the front desk someone from Room Service was walking toward me with both items. Thanks!!

the food was resonable

the room smelled, the beds were terrible and hotel staff did not speak english very well. also the fire alarm went off at about 4 am.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. This is an elite clean hotel providing nice size rooms. The property's location is decent. The staff are genuinely helpful. At the coffee bar, they serve good food and drinks.

We like the location to the Xcel Energy Center and the amenities of dwntwn St. Paul - that's why we choose this hotel.

The bed (sleep number) didn't work - so half the bed was rock hard and the other half very soft - it was so drastic it created a 'hump' in the middle of the bed. It was also very noisey the second night of our stay till almost 4AM - we expect some noise on a weekend (and especiall a concert weekend) but wish that the staff would have curbed it at about 1AM.
